At Honey Queen, we believe exceptional honey begins with exceptional forage.

Our honey comes from carefully selected apiaries across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex, where bees forage among wildflowers, mature hedgerows, flowering trees and nectar-rich crops, including borage, clover and vetch.

Every harvest captures the character of its surroundings, producing beautifully balanced British honey with its own distinctive flavour, colour and aroma.

Harvested in spring and late summer, our honey is gently extracted from the comb, lightly sieved to remove beeswax and bottled without unnecessary processing.

🌼 Norfolk – Beautifully Rounded & Floral

Our Norfolk honey comes from apiaries in Ketteringham, Illington and Garboldisham, surrounded by wildflower margins, mature hedgerows, woodland and fertile farmland.

This diverse natural forage produces a beautifully rounded honey with delicate floral notes and a rich, balanced sweetness.

🌿 Suffolk – Rich, Complex & Naturally Distinctive

Produced on a regenerative farm in Knettishall, our Suffolk honey reflects a landscape rich in wildflowers, hedgerows, fruit trees and carefully managed countryside.

The variety of nectar sources creates a wonderfully complex honey with depth, character and a flavour that changes subtly with the seasons.

🌸 Essex – Delicate Borage Honey

Our Essex honey comes from a dedicated beekeeper who manages around 100 hives, with bees foraging on fields of beautiful blue borage flowers.

Borage produces a wonderfully delicate honey, prized for its light colour, subtle floral notes and clean, natural sweetness.

The result is a beautifully smooth, elegant British honey that lets the character of the flowers shine through.

It’s also the honey we use as the foundation for our signature Peckham Heat Scotch Bonnet Hot Honey.

Pure Honey, Naturally

Because our honey is completely natural, it may gradually crystallise over time. This is a perfectly normal process and a natural characteristic of pure honey.

If you prefer your honey runny, simply place the jar in warm water and allow the crystals to dissolve gently.
