We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days.

Once your order has been handed to the delivery provider, delivery times are outside of our control, although we will always do our best to help if any issues arise.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address.

Returns & Refunds

As our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns of opened products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected], including your order number and photographs where appropriate.

We want you to be happy with your order and will do our best to resolve any issues through a replacement, refund or alternative solution where appropriate.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and ingredients are accurate.

As many of our products are made in small batches using natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, appearance and flavour may occur from batch to batch. We believe this is part of what makes handcrafted products special.
