Here’s a review for Juliette…
We bought the Hot Honey and the Spice Rub. We have used them both on all sorts of things…and they are delicious.
The hot honey is great on salads, in home made sour cream dressing, on baked figs with goats cheese & prosciutto. It’s not super hot, for those afraid of the hot! The chilli in it adds some nice flavour not just heat. The rub is fantastic on chicken on the BBQ, salmon, you name it. It is very well balanced and packed with spice flavour without being hot chilli wise. But that’s where the hot honey comes in. Anything you’ve used the spice rub on, you can add the hot honey to dress it. YUM!
